YEMENI AMERICAN GROUP TO OFFER REWARD FOR INFORMATION ON SUBWAY SLASHER

(Brooklyn, New York) – The Yemeni American Merchants Association (YAMA) will hold a press conference to announce a $4,000 reward for any tips leading to the arrest of a man who brutally slashed Yahya Almuntaser’s face at the Nevins Street Station last week.

WHO: Yemeni American Merchants Association- YAMA, victim Yahya Almuntaser, and elected officials.

YAMA is outraged by the latest attack on one of its community members. YAMA along with partners and elected officials will announce a $4,000 reward for any tip leading to the arrest of the subway slasher. YAMA will call on Yemeni bodegas across the city to hang Crime Stoppers posters to raise awareness about the attack and reward in their communities.
