Sameer Al-Ashari

Sameer Al-Ashari, a native of Yemen, where he started his journey in the U.S. in 1991 at the age of 17. Starting from humble beginnings, his first venture was in 1995 in Richmond Virginia in a small C-store, where he recognized his knack for business and discovery of the wireless business. From there, he began his entrepreneurial venture into the wireless business through a regional wireless provider in the southeast, growing the business to become the primary distribution partner for their footprint, continuing until that carrier sold in 2015.
Concurrently, around 2012, Sameer also began his other venture in a national setting to grow his company, MegaTel Wireless, to be the National leader in prepaid wireless distribution, serving thousands of independent wireless retailers across the U.S., with the largest no contract service provider.
Today, Sameer continue to reside in Virginia and is an accomplished business executive with over 12 years in the wireless business with extensive experience in business management and growth, sales, marketing, operations, supply chain and multi-channel distribution.
